3. regarding to the technical and economic solution, meeting their needs optimally.
4. Prepare quotations and offers.
5. Negotiate contracts with customers technically and commercially.
6. Prepare timely accurate and clear documents for handover to Order Processing after an order has been received.
7. Keep a close relationship to customers in general e.g. by means of personal visits or phone calls.
8. Support the collection of outstanding payments.
